The heart-y suit smoothly sails in with a focussed detail from the bow of a Maltese fishing boat (luzzu); on its outside two diagonal lines hint at the fading shape, while at the core is the . Here the incoming prow (acrylics, 32x24cm) is parting the waters for the lower half of the deck (→Name card). To ward off negative spiritual forces and bring doubly good luck, a facing pair of fish denote the eyes of Osiris, the Phoenician god of protection, an example of ancient myth surviving into modern times (for Phoenicia read back of Box, 4 and Ace).
